When you submit a service request, our service team receives your name, telephone number, city or ZIP code, appliance brand, problem description and the page where you submitted it. We use these details to respond, check coverage and discuss scheduling. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Form delivery and storage.

Our server processes service requests and sends them to our service team's email inbox. A private server record helps us handle requests and investigate delivery problems. Our hosting and email providers process information for delivery, security and storage. Technical request information is used to limit spam and duplicate submissions. Access to stored service requests is restricted to service administration.

Website operation.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information to operate and secure it. Fonts and images are served with the website.

Website measurement.

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand page visits, successfully submitted service requests and phone-link clicks. Analytics can use cookies and process device, browser and usage information. We do not include names, phone numbers, city or ZIP, or problem descriptions in analytics events. A phone-link click does not prove that a call connected. We disable Google signals, advertising personalization and automatic collection of user-provided data in our tag configuration.
