Service inquiries.

Website information helps you describe your appliance problem and request service. Submitting a form does not book an appointment or create a repair agreement. We confirm scheduling and any approved work separately.

Diagnostic fee and repair pricing.

The displayed diagnostic service call is $95, credited toward an approved repair. Displayed repair ranges are reference figures, not a fixed quote. A final repair scope and amount follow diagnosis and require approval.

Independent service.

Brand names identify appliances. They do not imply manufacturer affiliation or authorization. Appointment availability, the service address and the equipment are checked before a visit is agreed.

Repair warranty.

Completed repairs are covered for one year for the parts installed and labor performed under normal use. New unrelated faults, misuse, power surges and later work by others are excluded.

Parts, access and scheduling.

We use genuine OEM parts. Same-day and emergency availability depend on schedule and location. The customer provides safe access. Sealed-system and refrigerant work is performed by an EPA-certified technician.

Repair-related claims.

Liability for a claim relating to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. Website content does not guarantee a particular diagnosis or outcome.
